I offer myself to you comes from the desire to meet in the distance, the
thoughts, words and images of other minds, other bodies. It is articulated around a reflection on the body, on the posture of waiting when immersed in its solitude, and on the desire to allow oneself to be crossed and oriented by other voices. For this occasion, my invitation is addressed to three artists for whom I have deep consideration: Cristina Donà, Elena Giannotti and Alessandro Sciarroni. I ask them to collect images, sounds, instructions and traces, to address my body. I ask them to imagine me filling a provisional solitude with their thoughts, addressed to a possible dance of mine.
The work was premiered for the programme Affollate Solitudini of the Milanoltre festival, at the Teatro Elfo Puccini in Milan
